El-Mor laid the 161 KV cables connecting the 240MW combined cycle power plant at the Dead Sea Works to its HV substation.
The project consisted of the following work:
- Designing and building an aboveground infrastructure bridge for carrying the HV cables
- Designing and installing unique 2,000-meter long cable metal ladders for the project
- Laying 6 kilometers of 161 KV cable on the infrastructure bridge
- Performing HV joint (mufas) connections
- Connecting HV cable-end seals
- Inspection and commissioning
- Designing and installing a designated cable protection cover
